Basic Training Webinars
The Alexandria basic training webinars will be delivered in two parts on the 2nd and 3rd Thursday of the month. Part One will cover the basics of Patrons, Items, and Circulation, while part Two will go over Operations, Tools, and Preferences. Each session includes Q&A.

Our dedicated trainers will take a hands-on approach in our one-on-one trainings. These trainings can be conducted in a live webinar or on-site format. We recommend that you plan on purchasing at least one webinar or on-site training when first implementing Alexandria Library Software. Cenica
Our go-to Trainer, Cenica, has been with the COMPanion team for over 10 years. Cenica has helped Thousands of Alexandria users implement their system, customize their facility needs, and refresh processes that need doing. Starting at COMPanion in 2015 with our Customer Support team, Cenica gained her experience speaking with school librarians, techs, and administrators to learn what their needs are and the most commonly asked questions. She has helped districts of all sizes, ranges, and needs.
Jeff
Jeff started working in library automation in 2008. Jeff started with the Alexandria support team before moving into to onboarding new Alexandria users. He then moved into working with the Dev team to identify potential partnerships and integrations for Alexandria before departing ed tech in 2017. Jeff moved into b2b software sales until returning to Alexandria in 2024 where he currently works with the success team.
