Important!
File location changes. Due to security permissions, the data folder and auxillary files may be stored in a shared Application Support folder. See user's manual for details.
In addition, due to system limitations, when updating or upgrading on OS X, make sure to empty the old application out before launching the new data station or client applications.
Due to changes in the database architecture, once a data file has been moved up to 6, it cannot be downgraded. Therefore, it is essential that all customers archive or back up prior to upgrading to 6. You should review your database and preference settings after updating to ensure that your information is correct and that no additional changes are needed. Additionally, the OS requirements for all clients have changed. Please make note.
