Loaned Items Report Has a New Feature -- Include Charges

The end of the school year is fast approaching. About a week before that happens you’ll want all items returned to the library, so wouldn't it be nice if you could remind the students of everything owed -- any items that are checked out and fines or charges? It's now possible with Alexandria version 6.

Now, with the Loaned Items -- Complete report, you can remind patrons of Lost Items, regular and temporary items currently out whether overdue or not, and any outstanding charges, fees or fines.

• Go to Tools on the menu bar and select Reports.

• Click on the Circulation tab, then click on the General subtab.

• Click on the Add (+) icon in the lower-left corner of the window.

• Set the Report Type drop-down menu to Loaned Items - Complete.

• Choose the Sort By option that best fits your needs.

• If you want a Page break between major sorts, check that option.

• To include charges in the report, check the Include Charges checkbox.
