Classroom Sets and Barcode Range Command

Checking out classroom sets can be a pain if you have to scan every barcode. Not any more -- Alexandria has added a Barcode Range command that simplifies the whole process!

Of course, for the Barcode Range command to be used for classroom sets, all the copies must be in barcode order with no unused barcodes.

Checking Items Out Using the Barcode Range Command:

• Scan the patron's barcode.

• Type RR and press .

• Fill in the Starting Barcode and Ending Barcode fields, then click on Begin Processing or just press .

Checking In Items Using the Barcode Range Command:

• Type B and press .

• Type RR and press .

• Fill in the Starting Barcode and Ending Barcode fields, then click on Begin Processing or just press .
