Reservations, Please -- Alexandria Knows and Tells!
Remembering to check for any reservation that needs to be pulled and ready may be such an infrequent occurrence in your library that it is easy to forget. Now, Alexandra may be set to notify you of upcoming reservations, so you’re prepared when the patron comes or calls for the item.
To receive notification about upcoming reservations:

Go to Edit on the menu bar and select System Preferences.

In the Circulation category of the System Preferences window, click on Rules.

Click on the Rules tab, then, click on the checkbox for Notify of Upcoming Reservations and fill in the number of days ahead you want Alexandria to check in the Days to Look Ahead for Reservation Notice field.

Click on Save in the upper-right corner of the System Preferences window.
