Forgetting Those In-Stock Holds? Alexandria to the Rescue!
Do you sometimes feel that you have a case of "Old Timers' Disease" because you occasionally forget to check to see if there are in-stock holds that you need to pull? Wouldn't it be nice if Alexandria could remind you? Starting with version 6, it's possible to have Alexandria send you an email notification when an in-stock hold is placed!
To receive email notification about in-stock holds:

Go to Edit on the menu bar and select System Preferences.

In the Circulation category of the System Preferences window, click on Rules.

Click on the Rules tab, then, click on the checkbox for Email Librarian on In-Stock Hold.

Click on Save in the upper-right corner of the System Preferences window.
