Tip of the Week - Renewal Receipts — It's Possible!

Tip for the week of: 01.18.10
Until version 6, renewing a book did not generate a receipt. Now, it is possible to always have a receipt printed when an item is renewed!
To set Alexandria to always print receipts for renewed items:

Go to Edit on the menu bar and select System Preferences.

In the Circulation category of the System Preferences window, click on Rules.

Click on the Receipts tab, then, click on the checkbox for Always Print Receipts for Renewals.
Click on Save in the upper-right corner of the System Preferences window.
