Patron Library Cards with Pictures  —  Dream?  No, Reality!

SUMMARY:  Patron cards with pictures are a reality with Alexandria  — and it's so easy to do! Use either the precut sheets of business card stock or print the cards on card stock and cut the cards.  Just follow the simple instructions and have patron library cards.

To make patron cards:

Go to Reports on the menu bar and select Patron Reports.

Set the Patron Reports window as shown below:


NOTE:  If you do not want the patron pictures, do not check that option.

Click on Print.

Laminate the cards or, at least, cover the barcode with Scotch brand Magic Tape.
