Summary:  Welcome back to those stacks of magazines that have accumulated while you have been gone over the summer.  This time of year may be a good time to make changes in the way you track or circulate magazines.  Before making changes, first determine what you would like to do with them. 

• Do you wish that your magazines could circulate as temporary items or do you want them to become a part of your permanent collection?  
• Do you wish to circulate issues to anyone who wants to read them or do you want to limit them to certain groups of patrons or for a shorter time period? 
• Do you wish that you had a systematic way of tracking magazine subscriptions and the individual issues as they arrive throughout the year?
