Overnight checkout

Summary: Have you ever wanted to check an item out overnight?  Items can be set for overnight checkout using the O command.

To set the Overnight Checkout:

• Make the patron checking out an item current by scanning or typing their barcode, or you can browse by Last or First name using the L or LF command.

• Type O (not case sensitive) and then scan the item to check out overnight.

If you would like to set a group of items to same day check out, set the Loan period drop-down menu under the desired Item policy in Preferences.
