Cash Drawer Statistics

Summary: Have you ever wondered how much money you had taken in during the day or the past week?  Alexandria offers a Cash Drawer button as part of the Transaction log features. This allows you to see payments taken in, as well as refunds given for the indicated time frame.

To view Cash Drawer statistics:

·  Click on the bar graph icon on the left—hand side of the Transaction Log tab.

·  Click on the Cash Drawer button.

·  Indicate a Start Balance and Date Range for the report.

·  Click OK.

·  The report will print to screen.

·  Select Print from the File drop-down menu and click Print to send the report to the printer.

This report will make it easier to keep track of money coming in and going out.
