"I didn't take that out"
Summary: Many librarians have dealt with patrons telling them that they didn't take out an item that the computer shows they have. COMPanion Corporation offers an option to help you refresh a patron's memory by showing them the cover art of the item(s) they have checked out.
The Sneak Peek add-on allows you to see cover art and other item information (e.g. table of contents, reviews, summaries, etc.) in Alexandria. If desired, there are also utility options that allow you to download this information permanently into your item data.
