Let Big6™ & Alexandria Help Students to Define Their Tasks
Summary: Are students giving you too many blank stares? Task Definition is an important Big6™ principle. Learn how the Bulletin Board feature of Alexandria can help teachers to share their assignment requirements with their students.

To Create a New Bulletin:

• With Alexandria open, select Bulletin Board from the Show menu.
• Click on the New Bulletin button.
• Type in the name for the bulletin.
• Leave the Bulletin Type drop-down menu set to Bulletin.
• You can also enter in a date when the bulletin will automatically be deleted.
• Click OK to add the bulletin to the list of bulletins.
• Copy and Paste the information from an electronic copy of a teacher's assignment sheet or type it in from a paper copy using the large white area and the word processing toolbar.
• From the File menu, select Save.
