Patron and Copy notes - Did you know that you can access or view a patron's or copy's notes right from the circulation screen? Did you ever notice the + beside a patron's name or a ++ beside a copy's call number? Just enter the + or ++ to bring up the notes. You can also add to the notes from the circulation screen for a patron by typing in the command line a + and the note to add; for a copy just type a ++ and the note to add. You can even replace or remove all of the current patron's general notes by typing +# and the note text (leave the note text blank to clear the entire note). Similarly, use the ++# and the note to replace the current copy's note or the ++# without a note to clear it.
