Manuals

For those of you who find the printed instructions helpful, here are the training documents which these videos support. The documents are given in two formats: the student manual, which can be used as a ready reference document as well as a training document; and the teacher's edition, which gives all the things that a trainer would be saying during a training.

"I've been pleased with Alexandria ever since we bought the program. Tech support has been great and I like the fact that I can call at all hours, even when working late and get a human to help me."
