I'm converting my library from Mac to Windows. Will my Macintosh scanner work on my Windows system?
Most Macintosh scanners can be used on a Windows machine with an adapter. Our customers use a wide variety of scanners so it's not possible to address this question globally. Please contact our technical support department at 1-800-347-4942 to help determine if your scanner could be used on a Windows computer.
I recently upgraded my Macintosh computer and my scanner doesn't hook up to it. My new computer has a USB keyboard port. What are my options?
COMPanion would recommend upgrading to a scanner with a USB port. If upgrading is not possible, COMPanion does sell an adapter. If an adapter is used, the scanner can't be guaranteed to operate at maximum performance.

"I've been pleased with Alexandria ever since we bought the program. Tech support has been great and I like the fact that I can call at all hours, even when working late and get a human to help me."
