Alexandria v 5.5.5 requires the following operating systems: Mac OS 10.3.9+, Windows XP, 2000

Important!

File location changes - Mac OS X only. Due to security permissions, the data folder and auxillary files are now being stored in the /Users/Shared/Library/Application Support/Alexandria Support folder.

In addition, due to system limitations, when updating or upgrading on OS X, make sure to empty the old application out before launching the new data station or client applications.

Due to changes in reservation buffering, preferences, orders, and other areas, once a data file has been moved up to 5.5, it cannot be downgraded. Therefore, it is essential that all customers archive or back up prior to upgrading to 5.5. All reservations, preferences and orders should be checked after updating to ensure that your information is correct and that no additional changes due to new preferences and enhancements are needed. Additionally, the OS requirements for all clients have changed. Please make note.
