COMPanion Releases Alexandria® v 5.5.3.1
Salt Lake City, UT, August 17, 2007—COMPanion Corporation announced today the release of Alexandria 5.5.3.1. Alexandria 5.5.3.1 is a maintenance release with several enhancements and changes. Among the major features are:
• Added support for duplicate barcode handling in a Central Union. This
feature requires a product activation code and is supported only for new,
centralized collections created in Alexandria 5.5.3.1 and later.
• Added a Top Circulated Items report. This Item Report allows users to easily
generate a list, selectable by date range, of the top circulated items in their
collection. Results returned can be adjusted in increments of 10 from 10 - 100.
• Alexandria 5.5.3.1 is now SIF Certified.
• Increased performance and stability.
